Refund Policy

Textbooks may be returned up to two weeks from the first day of classes, or two weeks from date of purchase, whichever is later
All other items must be returned within two weeks of purchase
All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt
All items must be in mint condition
Used books must be in resaleable condition
Shrinkwrapped packages must be returned with original wrapping intact
VIU custom courseware packages are non-returnable
Purchases made by cheque are subject to a waiting period for refund
